I have David and Nathan come over every year for my chimney. They are never late and get the job done quickly and cleanly. Also very helpful and honest with advice. Won’t sell you things you don’t need. Had them out today for my yearly sweep and asked if my fire rope needs replacing. They said it’s got another season in it whereas anyone else might have used that as an opportunity to make more money. These are honest hard working people and I will continue to use them for as long they are operating. They have my loyalty for life, keep up the good work chaps 🙂

Just called Top Hat in a panic as I had smoke coming back into the room (9pm). Not only did they answer but they talked me through what to do and calmed me down. Highly recommended.
Top Hat have since been out and cleaned my chimney which was full of twigs and other things from birds nesting at the top. Very friendly top class, efficient and affordable service.
